I didn't have very good luck with my Aldan single dampening eagles. One of my rear shocks started leaking before I got my car on the road. On the other rear shock, the dampening valve didn't work at all.

I changed out all 4 of my shocks to the QA1 double adjustable promastars. The change is like night and day. One knob changes both compression and rebound. There are 12 settings, and each one really changes the ride and the feel of the car. I'm still experimenting with each setting front and rear to see how I like the ride and handling for different situations.

I found them on ebay for about $300 a pair. About the same as I paid for the Aldans, if I remember right.
