Default Adjusting the E Brake

FST FOX,
I have a Venom-identical to an early Backdraft?-anyway it has the same BMW suspension/breaks. According to the owners manual (I copied this)
“Remove one rear wheel nut from each rear wheel. Jack up the car. Turn the rear wheels until the nut openings are approximately 65 degrees to the rear of the top of the wheel. Located thru this opening should be a ratcheting star adjuster. Use a thin screwdriver to ratchet the adjuster. On the left side the adjuster needs to be ratcheted up, while on the right side it needs to be ratcheted down . Ratchet each side until the wheels cannot be turned. Once this is done loosen both the ratchets by 17 clicks. Both wheels should turn easily.

At the parking brake lever, remove the leather cover. Pull the lever up six ratchets. Tighten both cable nuts located on the lower front of the lever, until the brake just starts to bind the wheels. Once the lever is released the rear wheels should turn easily. Replace the wheel nuts (I bet they mean the cover) and lower the vehicle to the ground.”

I hope this helps, as I said I copied this verbatim from the Venom Owners Handbook.
Good luck
Rich
