Fiberglass soaks up more solvents than a steel car and takes longer for the different coatings solvents to escape. The longer the primer cures the higher the gloss of the topcoat and less shrinkage of bodywork. What is the first thing everyone is going to see when they walk up to your car? I would wait weeks between priming and blocking my car.
