Mike you are going to wash down all the bearing in that motor if coolant is getting into the oiling system.

That motor will become junk. Coolant is NOT A LUBERCATE. If the head is Alum, send to a good machine shop and have it fixed and PRESSURE TESTED. A good welder should have no problem. After the head is repaired you may want to look into a coating company for sealing the coolant ports inside the head. Head repair with gaskets and parts under $700.00 if you do the work. Replacing an FE motor or rebuild price shock of about $5,000.00. Did you stay at a Holiday inn lately.

Better to fix it correctly once that go cheap and get a major bill later.
