first , you have to insulate the ducting. Mine has cool air at any speed( well at least ambiant temp air) . A blower from Mcmaster Car or one of the boat supply companies is put in line in the ducting. Also look on EBAY, a lot of racing companies sell them for cooling brakes. The advantage of the blower is of course to blow high volume air when going slow, when you need it most.
