Brian, you've been hanging out at Walmart at the Orange Mall again, huh?
Go to Shore Metals. They have to have some steel rings/retainers that you can weld up the holes on, re-drill, sand and then have it chromed. Or maybe a shop that sells industrial plumbing supplies? I know you're too cheap (and skilled) to just have a machine shop do it.
