I found a convex, suction-cup mirror at AutoZone. It worked great for a couple of years, giving a wide-angle view in the left rear quadrant. Then it blew off one day, and I don't mean into the car, but the road. Crunch . . .

Waiting for one to show up at AutoZone. It worked well and didn't cost much.
