oil and race
oil, generaly stick with street
oil for our cars. another interesting thing I read recently was about the importance of additives(ie. ZN, moly ect..) even in our modern roller motors. It seems the bearing pressure is so high at high RPM's that most of the oil is squeezed out of the top bearing and the only protection it might have is the
zinc type additives, so I go with an oil with Zn even though all my cars have roller cams.
