Hi Stephen,
Part numbers for Series 2 upper wishbones are as follows:
Front = C.38105 (front side of Vehicle)
Rear = C.38104 (rear side of vehicle)

There are 2 shim sizes (as per parts manual) which are:
C.1919/1 = .031"
C.1919/3 = .128"
