Default Suspension squeak

I had my car in Bob Butler's custom exhaust shop in San Diego to replace the slip joint header/sidepipes with a flange set up. The exhaust work is great, and I highly recommend Bob's work if you are in the San Diego area.

But, I have developed a really bad suspension squeak in the right rear. It could be from having the car jacked up instead of on a lift, or something else, but it is driving me nuts. It sounds like something is dry and squeaks on any bump in the road. Flat, smooth road, no sound.

Any ideas what is making this noise? Then any ideas on getting rid of it? I shot a little WD40 (I know, not the best idea) in a couple of suspect areas for a quick fix, but nothing has changed. I don't have a floor jack or way to lift the car at present, so I am hoping for an easy fix.
