I would also check the rear springs. I think a common problem is that the rear springs rub in the spring perch on some BDR's. From what I understand, the fix is either new springs with new diameter of coils or just rotating the stock spring a little. Should be easy to check for this condition. Jack the car up and check the rear spring for wear marks around the perch. Mine has the same problem but I have been to lazy to fix it. Winter to-do list...
