Took a nice ride yesterday. Temp of about 77°F when I started at noon. Got back just in time to see the flag drop for the NASCAR race.
Took a ride around where I live (its a peninsula). Here is a very small house that sits on the ocean (ocean front, not just ocean view). I think that my house which is about 1/4 mile away would fit in the 3 car garage!
Here is another nice location about 200 yds away from the above house. Its actually an open lot between 2 other houses. Must be restricted that you cannot build on it, because if you could, that small lot (40 by 80 ft) would be worth over a million!
