Airless tires have been around for a while and they are still being tested. Probably will not see them for sale for at least 5 years.
Of course, they would fit right in a ricer wheel well as long as there were neon lights behind the tires.
Maybe add a baseball card so it hits the flaps and makes that cool noise we always remember from our bike in elementary school.
