Question Shelby, SPF, turnkeys rollers in unmarked storefront in Batavia NY

Took a little trip today and driving down Main St (Rt. 5) in the small town of Batavia NY (which for those outside the area is about halfway between Rochester and Buffalo) I saw a couple of cars inside an old department store window. Turned out to be 5 brand new turnkey minus rollers. One is a Shelby CSX 4000 and the other a SPF Mark III. Paint seemed excellent on both. The others may have had motors in them; I couldn't see up close what they were.

Anybody know the story behind this place?

No contact info whatsoever that I could see, just one large Shelby sales poster and the same for SPF on the store windows.
