I know it's odd, but I find myself drooling over the GARAGE more than the contents. I have pretty well resigned myself to doing without a Daytona (either variety) or P1075 (personal favorite). BUT; I still hold out hope for a large, open space with PLENTY OF ROOM FOR TOOLS AND SPACE TO WORK!
My wife and I are in the planning stages for a new house construction and I STILL have hopes that I can get a 8k ft detached workshop/garage with a 6.5k house. After all, wife has stopped going into seizures when I talk about it and now just rolls her eyes and sighs...and in my book thats PROGRESS!
