A #1800 series car could possibly be titled as a 2005 model, but most were 2004 models. Having the entire VIN# would be helpful. 2005's started around #1990. But remember, actual production date, time for transportation across the big pond, and the time spent in dealer inventory may effect the model year designation of the car. Major changes to the cars between car's #1800's and #1900 would be mainly the revision to the wiring harnesses. But the differences there are EXTREEMLY MINOR. Does Ohio title the car based on the year of the engine block maybe? Anyway, mechanically, there is little difference in the design of the car.
