Has anyone heard of the draft rules for ICV's in Qld. I was enquiring about a kit being developed. This is the answer I recieved

" have just received a draft copy of proposed new rules and regulations concerning the construction of ICV’s (individually constructed vehicles). The new rules headed “ Guidelines for individually Constructed Vehicles” has been compiled by the Queensland Transport and is in draft form only at this stage, however if the draft rules are instigated without change they will effectively eliminate our product from the market place"

It dos'nt look good for ICV's. The only thing that I have heard that it might involve crash testing.
