You can use a less restrictive air filter in you S&H. Some of the people here use the K&N E1015. I used the E2570 on my Classic. The 2570 is the right diameter and the height is 2.5 inches. If you want to maintain that "correct" look, use E9181. It is an almost exact replacement for original and you can use the wire mesh screen, for an even more "correct" look.
