Thanks one and all for the help. CNC is the correct answer. all 3 of my cylinders were 3/4" ID. I am replacing the clutch with one 7/8" ID (This should allow less clutch pedal travel) Lets consider the issue closed.
That is, unless someone can convince me that a Tilton will last more than 10 years. At which point I will switch to Tilton when the next cylinder goes..
