Here is a sneak peak of our latest cool part to come off our CNC machines. We water jet the flanges out of 5/16" 304 inch stainless. The tubes are 304 stainless as well. If you notice, the head tubes are all ONE piece! We made special tooling here in house to get the bends as tight as possible. There is NO welding on the head tubes (except for the flanges to the tube, of course). No welds means the head tubes will never fatigue and crack at a head tube joint because there aren't any. CSX3020. The head tubes merge together at a collector outside of the car.
