Make sure it's what you want...many Jag (XJS) posi's are in fact 2:88's. If it's from an XJ6 or XJ12 you may be in business. To check, just turn the axle one complete turn and count the # of rotations of the pinion. Good luck. Also, it's worthwhile to rebuild the entire center section.
