Almost identical to mine...
I had to modify my adaptor almost 10 years ago. I'm still not happy with the gaskets though, I'm sure there is still quite a bit of disturbance/turbulence with the oil flow in that area. I have noticed that for trimming gaskets, the Ford is thicker. I also worry about bleedover between the out and in ports... I see you cut yours a little wider in the center which may help prevent oil from bleeding from one to the other under pressure.

Thanks for the photo, I'm sure it has helped a bunch of people who have the same adaptor...Or, at least made them think about how well their oil is really flowing!
