Alarm system or motion sensitive flood lights
Telephone
Bring out a co-ax cable for TV
Stereo system or at least a good boom box
Electrical outlets every 6 feet along all walls
2 or 4 post lift
Backboard with basketball hoop over door
Make sure that whatever wall treatment is used that it is white and add tons of fluorescent lights
Big window fan (or AC) and heater
Refrigerator
Automatic door opener so you do not have to get out of the Cobra when you get back from a ride
Air compressor
