Default Cell phone - iPod tech question

I bought a new cell phone (It's called a Motorola "Krazr") that has a music player built in. I put in a 2GB chip and have 500 songs on it, and it works great. I spend lots of time on the road and it cuts down on the stuff I need to lug around, and now I don;t have to pack the iPod. Here's the problem - the headphone jack is a mini USB port. The only headphones I can find that are mini USB plug headphones is a set from Motorola. They are the type that fit into the area outside the ear canal, like come originally with the iPod, sort of like wrapping a dime in foam and trying to cover your ear opening with it. I guess my ears are shaped differently, and these type earphones never stay in place on me, they always fall out. I need the type that actually insert into your ear canal opening, if that makes any sense. Anyway, I need to find some sort of adapter that will take a standard iPod sized jack, and adapt it to a mini USB. I tried Radio Shack, no luck. I ordered what I thought was the proper one on eBay, no luck. It took a different sized pin that the standard one on iPod and most other small headphones. I'm at a loss here? Anyone have any ideas?
