If you have the same type of headers, perhaps this'll help.
I replaced the header bolts with grade 8 Allen bolts using a ground down Allen wrench to tighten them.
It was pretty easy to get them very tight. I also ground down the heads of the two bolts that went into the middle so that they slipped easily into their holes without cocking.
So far (After 1500 miles) they are staying tight.
