I do not think I have heard a bad word spoken against ERA until now. It seems though that now you have the ear of the company. It is my belief that the problem will be resolved quickly.
As you said that you will probably somewhere down the road spend money with ERA. Even though there was this difficulty somewhere they have impressed you with themselves. Good luck in resolving the issue quickly.
