There is a 1/4" spade connector that the black wire from the opposite side of the horn relay runs to.
When you press the horn, it connects to ground.
Find the 1/4" spade connector and put an Ohm meter to it and ground, press the button. I should read from infinity to near zero as you press the horn button.
The horn should sound when the wire touches any ground.
