Myself, and Strctlypersonal both replied on the 7th. I have to admit that by now ERA should have contacted Pavulon by now. No matter what the circumstances are with the bookkeeper. 12 days is a long time leave the answer to the money hanging. It is just plain good business practice not to leave a customer hanging. Good luck to Pavulon, and ERA on working out the miscommunication soon.
