4.75 PCD is used by most of the early Holdens (HQ, HX etc.) and is actually 120.65mm. Jaguar is this same pattern.
Commodore is 120mm. You can use either for either, but bear in mind that they are slightly different and will load your studs. This said, most of the Commodore drag racers use Weld Racing wheels which are 4.75 PCD and they don't seem to have any problems.
