Congratulations on your research and your choice. The chasis design, use of high quality bushings, and a host of very well engineered detail work to make certain things "just better" is what makes the ERA's special. I had another (different brand) cobra for 2 years, and I was amazed when I drove an ERA. I highly recommend their custom rear suspension with larger, outboard brakes. Lighter (aluminum frame), cools better being outboard, and easier maintenance (plus the assembly is a work of art). You and your son will have a blast assembling your car. Rickd
