Thanks for the comments re the noise/music that this will turn out. I can't wait to get it fired up. A few months away at present though. I will be sure to post a sound clip for you though
I am running with a Porsche 911 turbo transaxle (930 4 speed), as this should be able to hang on the torque, and as I am building a Mk.II has the correct number of gears. The only mods to will be to add returns for a pump to keep everything nice and cool back thee.
Sadly the original T44 axle is out of my league at the moment.
