Sorry to break this thread over to mechanical pumps but also a believer in what I consider a more a belt and braces uproach.
I have recently renewed my Carter Mechanical following fuel starvation on the old Cart Mech. Does anyone have experience of the Summit Racing Mahcanicals giving any more advantage, outputs look similar. Or alternatively any other suggestions over what I have on. New pumpcured the starvation problem by tehe way.

Engine is a Ford 351 C-4V
