It looks like a 390 4v engine. Stock cast low riser intake.
Unless it was transplanted from another vehicle.
We did it all the time.
Used a 73 F-100 as a test mule.

Part # of the heads would help.

4v in the 70's were rare. The truck looks like it has a duraspark ignition.
What year and model is the truck and what is it's VIN.
