Is there a consensus on "Halibrand" looking wheels.

I will be looking to buy rims soon, but I'm not sure where to scource them or what sort of value for money I am likely to get.

I'd be interested to hear where people sourced them and what the damage was.

I'm still undecided between
1. Simmons B45 or similar (Bathurst Globe look)
2. Torque Thrust of some sort
3. Halibrand
