I've bought a machined block from Keith before....you're right, they do excellent work. The Dart Sportsman block is an iron block with 4 bolt splayed caps on the inside caps.

I'm going with a 4.155" bore and a 4.100" stroke. I wanted to keep the cubes up, but decided to stop with a 4.100" stroke due to the easy availability of pistons/rods/cranks.

I'm aiming for around 625-635hp, but with a little more focus on lower/mid range power/torque for a street car.
