The new narrower tires stick better than my used wider that I replaced. I'll let you know how they work at the strip...It looks like he pulled a 1.5x 60ft and a 10.9x pass at the strip off easy start using a 427 small block.
Let us know how you do! It's probably the narrower tread patch that makes the 275's appear taller.
