Short answer: Yes

There's a forum on ffcobra.com dedicated to it. Personally I've always favored Chevy engines and initially wanted to base my Roadster on a LS2/T56 drivetrain. However after some careful reviews I decided that for me at least it was more hassle than it was worth. The FFR kit doesn't directly support a Chevy motor so you have to do some modifications. In addition I worry that since so few people have done it I'd be left high and dry if I ran into trouble during the installation. I guess I'm not much of a trail blazer but that may be right up your alley.
