SAAC was blindsided by this action plain and simple. No offer was ever made or put on the table to attempt to unite the two or at least start the new Team while showing respect where it is due. Telling SAAC that they can not use the Shelby name or Trademarked images after all they have done for the preservation of this Marque is a Kick in the Nuts! they in no way shape or form pose any type of threat to Shelby Autos and if anything have done much to promote not only the old but the New Shelby cars! look at the new Shelby Hertz cars on the cover of the Shelby American for instance! God Bless sweet Amy and her attempt to sugar coat this cruel and disrespectful move on Carroll's part. but she need only review Shelby History books and see how each and every person who helped make his cars and various business entities great, are no longer his friends. I am sure the clock is already ticking on his love for her as well. hopefully she will see the writing on the wall before the Cobra bites her!
