I could be very wrong but I wonder if the other two connector don't go to the ECM but rather to some other device/function.
ie. Cruise control, torque converter lock up, the control module in the slush box. etc.
Where is Sideshow when you want him?. Prolly still in bed, isn't he only recently married?
