Agreed, however many of these sellers are truly unaware of how CA wants these car titled, so they view a 1965 model year as a value-add, being smog exempt. I sure many have no clue about SPCN and SB100. I was clueless many years ago, too! (Heck, some say I'm still clueless
, but that's another matter).
