Well at least Redding has a good excuse for zero tolerance in the traffic light, camera war. They want the extra money for a new jail and library books. Right. The city council has been crying for two years that they don't get paid as much as the ones in Los Angles. My feeling is if they want that much pay they should move to Los angles and the new jail should be used for the rest of the local politicians.
