Hi-Tech, the rear seal with my SCAT is nicely dry. Nevertheless, the FE rule is "
three drops or less is considered bone dry." Intakes and valve covers are other trouble spots. Although with a hydraulic cam you have the luxury of not having to pull the valve covers as often (so you can use stronger goo on them).
