For your application and use in mind, I would go with a 600/650 Holley with vacum secondaries.........Very easy to tune and will be very mild mannered in street/cruising driving.........A 600/650 Holley Double Pumper would be my next choice.......
Have used both on my 350hp, 351-W and now have the 600 DP on......Not a lot of difference in perfomance or driveability from a "seat-of-the-pants" feel for me anyway........
