The soldiers are doing great and more of them are enrolling in the Automotivation program. A lot of good things have been happening from all sectors.
Just some of the corporate and personal involvement
Coca Cola and the boxes that have been pictured are now in the new break room that most of the cash donations from this site were used to build. It is now almost finished with textured walls, two showers and air conditioning. All that is left to do there is finish the floor and we are working towards that now.
Genuine Hot Rod Harware has shipped tons of their memorabilla to the shop but I haven't seen just how much but have been told it is impressive.
Speed Zone has donated booths, tables and stools and a pool table.
West Texas Cruisers gave almost $6,000 worth of tools from the wish list including a bead blaster and a stud welder. These tools were purchased from a tool rep at cost. They pledge more.
Royal Purple has given
oil, money and a couch and chair set plus are introducing the program to everyone that will listen.
AER manufacturing here in Dallas gave a new Ford Racing stroker motor for the Bronco product which is progressing.
Vfw chapter from west Texas sent many of the soldiers to Sema just recently to promote the project and meet with various donors.
Ongoing talks with numerous donors are continuing both in the corporate and private sectors. In January I meet with the producer of the "Powerblock" TV series to do a segment on the soldiers and this program. Also to possibly "overhall" Nick McCoy's el camino which is now in San Anonio from Reading Penn. thanks to another CC member who wishes to remain unknown.
The main project that the guys are working on is the Ford Bronco and the Mercury Marauder. More are planned as time and resources allow.
All of your thoughts and prayers for these heroes are sincerely appreciated. As to the funds being spent wisely, all I can tell you is that Janis and Jane are the two best and most dedicated people I have ever know. I would trust them everything that I own.
There are some downsides with the soldiers, mostly health related but one story I hate more than anything. One badly burned soldier just lost custody of his children because a judge agreed with the ex wife that it was too traumatic on the children to see their father as he is now. Some people just aren't worth the air that they breath.

OOPS I almost forgot that at RUN N GUN last moth the participants and the spectators passed Hershal's hat and donated an amazing $1,313. They deserve a hand.
