Mount it in the trunk along the same axis as the wheelbase, behind the driver. Make sure the cable for activation is accessable while your strapped in tight, as I've seen a few that are not when the driver is strapped in. Two nozzle systems should have one pointed at the engine compartment fuel system (ie: carb and fuel line area), one under the dash pointed at the drivers compartment. Three nozzle you can add the third either to the passenger compartment, or the fuel tank and pick up area. Remember the whole idea is to provide the "driver" with the maximum protection and give him enough time to get out of the car if it should catch on fire. The car can alway be replaced, but your life cannot.
