I put up the stuff in small containers or vacuum bags and freeze them.

Spag sauce will last 4 months. The special tomato mixture was about 20 cups, but I'll use it up in 2 or 3 months. The meatloaf I just made was in a 9 inch pan. I usually get 6 meals out of a meatloaf. Just finished meat loaf dinner with a big plate of broccoli and green beans with a baked potato. Ummm good.

Chili was probably about 15 cups and it will last me a couple of months.

One thing I do with a lot of food when I make up a large batch, is to vacuum seal it before freezing. It really extends the life in the freezer.

Of course, some things are not so hot when they are re-heated, so the frozen stuff fills in when I'm lazy or pressed for time.

Speaking of time - its time for the Pats. Say hi to the HHS for me.
