The alternative of starving to death is not acceptable.
Eating out at a restaurant every day would really let me add on the pounds! I have to RE-lose about 70 pounds that I gained since I stopped smoking.
Of course, I do stop at the local Italian Café which is about 1/2 mile from my house. He is a GREAT cook, but I always cut his dinner portions in half.
Then of course, there is at least 20 places that will deliver (Chinese, Pizza, Fried Seafood places, general Restaurants, etc).
So when I cook and freeze, its always less fattening than the other alternatives. And my a$$ fits a lot better in my SPF seat when I was at my "relatively" low weight of 240 about 2 years ago. Got to get back down to my fightin' weight.
