The yellow wire must be connected to a wire from the column switch. It's what powers all the signals.

The 427 looks a little different, since the relay mount is connected to the dash harness through a 12-pin plug. Harder to do on the FIA because of the three different dash configurations available. On the FIA, the connections are done individually.
