My kit came with the std GF tank so I've run with this for the moment but wuld have needed to modify the tank to run an in-tank pump. Perhaps this might have been the best move but am running a Carter pump to scavenge to a surge tank and Bosch 044 to power the engine.
I will end up with an ali tank and will run a pump in tank to keep noise level down and to elimanate the extras need for the external pump arrangement.
If you have the choice I recommend going in-tank from the start.
