Great size if you were printing them all as 8 by 10" photos, but a big waste of bytes on a web site. My typical pic size has been about 120KB which is only 10% of your typical pic, and still larger than necessary to view the picture on the monitor.
Like I said before ... it would take a lot of time and effort to revise your gallery.
First thing I'd suggest is changing the file size of the pics you take in your camera. Then sign up for some sites and upload new pics to that site and then they can easily be linked to your new posts."

i've looked before, but not sure where i can change the settings. guess i have to find the manual.
i just bought a new itty bitty camera. slips in my pocket.
you know, the problem isn't so much changing the size of NEW ENTRIES, but more a problem of DELETING my old photos. I don't want to do that!!
get rid of some of the other unnecessary junk on this site- like the thousands of registered members that don't post or probably even remember they're a member here. CC can boast '18k' members all they want; but i'll tellya, i still bet less than 3000 are regular members.
I just don't like this limit thing. I don't live with limits.
